CEA Saclay, CosmoStat Group (IRFU/DAp-AIM), The Euclid satellite which intends to implement many different scientific approaches to investigate the accelerated expansion of the universe, and the nature of dark energy, dark matter and gravity. In response to the number of scientific projects running on the satellite, a pipeline was created with the intention of providing a workflow for all the different subsystems of the satellite in an organized environment with the name of Euclid Data Model, Gif-sur-Yvette – France.
I worked as the Euclid Data Modeller of Level III which has 24 groups in EU, UK, US. Representing CosmoStat-CEA Saclay within the Euclid Consortium.

Data Model Level III, CEA Saclay, CosmoStat Group (IRFU/DAp-AIM), Euclid Consortium.
My work duties involved:

  • Management and organization of several Data Products(24+ Data Products) in order to get a robust version of the Data Model.
  • Close cooperation with Scientist and Developers of the Euclid Consortium.
  • In charge of production, further development and implementation of Data Model Level III since 2021 to April 2024 up to DM10.
  • Arrange several removal, modifications and additions for all products of Level III.
  • CD/CI of the Data Model level III.
  • The Data Model relies on strict compliance with the formal documented requirements for Euclid Products of Level III.
  • Identify uncertainties and keep consistency between Level I, II with Level III products.
  • In charge of production of the Data Model Level III for the Control Configuration Board since 2021 to April 2024 up to CCB30.

Data Product Description Document, CEA Saclay, CosmoStat Group (IRFU/DAp-AIM), Euclid Consortium.
My work duties involved:

  • Management and organization of several Data Products.
  • Close cooperation with Scientist and Developers of the Euclid Consortium.
  • Development of the Data Product Description Document enabling it to receive automatic information from the Data Model.
  • CD/CI of the Data Product Description Document.
  • Arrange several removal, modifications and additions for the Data Product Description Document over all Products of Level III.
  • The DPDD relies on meticulous adherence to the formal documented requirements and processes with methods to asses insertions.

COMB-CL Cluster of Galaxies of Data Product Level III, CEA Saclay, CosmoStat Group (IRFU/DAp-AIM), Euclid Consortium.
My work duties involved:

  • Close cooperation with scientist and developers of Cluster of Galaxies of Level III.
  • Euclidization and Development of COMB-CL.
  • Implementation of COMB-CL for assessments in order to obtain the corresponding Maturity Level(QA) in compliance with collaboration Euclid-ESA.
  • Data Model of COMB-CL.
  • Data Model followed strict requirements in order to achieve a robust state.

2019

Trimble Access SDK 2019, Trimble Railway GmbH. Build custom applications that leverage the Trimble Access platform to support custom workflows and specialized applications.
My work duties involved:

  • Develop the Gedo Rec and Gedo Track software using the Trimble Access SDK for surveying applications on the railway.
  • Programming in c++11 in Visual Studio 2019.
  • Develop of unit tests for the different modules of Gedo Rec and Gedo Track software.

2018

Unipin, Michael Weinig AG GmbH. Unipin gluing and dowel planing machine.
My work duties involved:

  • Developing software according to the needs of the new Wmc and Weinig components in order to provide more applications to the embedded system in conjunction with the Nexus Software.
  • Developing modules that will be used for profiling, cutting and gluing the work pieces.
  • Developing a user-oriented graphical interface using touchscreen technologies.

2017

LTTneo, LTT GmbH. Manufacturing hardware to produce fast measurement for data acquisition and control, which requires a strong software environment. LTTneo closes the gap between slow PC-internal measurement devices and very fast, but expensive devices like Oscilloscopes.
My work duties involved:

  • Developing LTTneo software for the embedded system, programming in C++11, C++14, and C++17 using the familiar Qt creator.
  • Design and development of new features using mathematical algorithms according to the standards followed by LTTPro for the LTT24 and LTT184.
  • Create, design and customize different applications for different clients based on their requirements.

2014 – 2017

Dyna-SPA, INNOWEP GmbH. Creating the fastest testing machine with high speed dynamics to perform Scratch, Abrasion and Punch tests.
My work duties involved:

  • Developing motion control for a double acting cylinder able to produce stability, accuracy and repeatability.
  • Developing a sensor-based Controller to stabilize the cylinder’s lifting movements.
  • Developing a user-oriented graphical interface using touchscreen technologies.
  • Implementation of Dongle and security to the electronics.

2013 – 2014

Mini Tail Sitter project (version of a copter, similar to a 3floor sats, lateral flaps and top blades for lift), University of Würzburg.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Design and development of a Mini Tail Sitter copter and Control of the instability of Lift.
  • Electronic Design and Embedded Programming in AVRstudio.
  • Adaptive controller able to stabilize the lift using servomotors connected to lateral flaps.
  • Precision manufacturing and assembly of the 3D CATIA design.

2011 – 2012

CanSat mini-satellite project, University of Würzburg.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Design and development of a mini-satellite capable of constant angular rotation.
  • Motion control using optimal Control methods.
  • Image capture and wireless data transfer.
  • FEA Analysis of the Structure for determining the vulnerable spots.
  • Design and development of an interface of the Ground Station for satellite operations capable of Payload and Telemetry.

2008

Vision-based mobile robot localization and mapping in an unknown environment, Military University of La Paz – Bolivia.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Design and development of a small mobile robot for rough terrain.
  • Program a graphical interface for remote control and monitoring.
  • Development of control algorithms for different scenarios.
  • Information of the route and image capturing sent via wireless communication.
  • Precision manufacturing and assembly of the 3D CAD design.

2007

Development of software to automatically generate Multiple Selection Exams, Military University of La Paz – Bolivia.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Develop a database in Oracle guarantying Integrity, Confidentiality and Availability.
  • Database filled up to 200 questions, with the ability to increase under user input.
  • Design a web application for different users (Professors, Secretary, Students).
  • Database able to generate unique questions for each student, limited to a number of students.

2007

Mobile Robot with sensors and actuators, Military University of La Paz-Bolivia.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Design and development of a small mobile robot for uneven terrain, with the purpose to test different sensors.
  • Operation via serial communication.
  • Precision manufacturing and assembly.

2006

ATM simulator, Military University of La Paz-Bolivia.
My duties in this project involved:

  • Object oriented programming of a graphical interface for an ATM machine and its corresponding electronics sensors.
  • Design and development of a database in Mysql.
  • Generate analytics and automatic calculation of probabilities and statistics to offer all the necessary information for several kind of operations.
  • The program also offered payment options for regular expenses, such as water and electricity, as an option for the Bolivian ATM.
